Crock Pot Potato Soup

Crock Pot Potato Soup:

This is very easy and simple to make:

Ingredients:

  • 1 30oz. bag of frozen diced hash browns
  • 1 32 oz box of chicken broth
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz, not fat free)
  • 3 oz bacon bits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup instant potato flakes
  • Garlic salt to taste

Directions:
  1. Put the potatoes in the Crock pot.  Add in the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and half of the bacon bits, and add a tsp of garlic salt.
  2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours
  3. An hour before you are ready to eat cut the cream cheese into small pieces.  Place the pieces in the crock pot. You will need to mix a few times throughout the hour before serving.
  4.  Once the cream cheese is completely mixed in, add your 1 cup of instant potato flakes, and then it's ready to serve.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese and some additional bacon bits.
