Crockpot Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta


Ingredients: 
  • 1 package of Bacon bits
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 
  • 1 tsp garlic salt 
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup 
  • 1 cup  sour cream 
  • 3 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz rigatoni, cooked 
Directions:
  1. Combine first six ingredients in a small bowl
  2. Lay chicken breasts in the bottom of crock pot
  3. Poor mixture over chicken breasts 
  4. Cook in crock pot for 4-6 hours on low 
  5. Cook noodles per directions on package 
  6. Combine noodles into crock pot 
  7. Stir until mixed together 
  8. ENJOY!!!

Chicken Alfredo


Ingredients
  • 1 pint of Half and Half
  • 1 stick of Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 box of Any noodles of your choices 
Directions

1. In a saucepan melt butter.
2. When butter is melted add the cream cheese.
3.  Add heavy cream and the Parmesan Cheese.
4. Add Garlic Powder and stir well.
5. Season with Garlic Salt
6. Take off heat and let it sit covered for 20 minutes ( this is when I cook my noodles) 
7. Once noodles are finished pour sauce over noodles

Pumpkin Pie bars very simple


Ingredients:
  • 1 spice cake mix
  • 1 can of pure pumpkin
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Frosting:
  • 1 8oz. package of cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup softened butter
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp milk

Directions:
  1. Make spice cake with following recipe on the bake of the box
  2. Add your pumpkin
  3. Add cinnamon and combine together
  4. Bake in oven as directed on cake box

 Frosting:



  1. Combine in a mixing bowl Cream cheese and butter then add vanilla and milk
  2. Slowly add powdered sugar making sure you sift the powdered sugar. ( I add a cup at a time)  
  3. Once cake has cooled Spread the frosting mix on top of the cake!
  4. ENJOY

Chicken and Waffle Fry Casserole


Ingredients:
  • 1 bag of waffle fries
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts diced
  • 2 cups of cheese
  • 1 Package of bacon bits
  • Garlic Salt to taste ( or salt and pepper)
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla coffee creamer
  • 1/2 cup of milk 

Directions:
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray cooking spray in a 13x9 pan.
  2. Place half of the bag of waffle fries in the pan, evenly spread out your diced chicken breasts chunks.
  3. Add the other half of the bag of waffle fries
  4.  Add 1 cup of cheese across the top
  5. Add 1/2 cup of vanilla coffee creamer, and the 1/2 cup of milk over the pan
  6. Season with garlic salt
  7. Use half of package of bacon bits across the top
  8. Cover pan with foil and place in the oven for 1 hour.
  9.  After an hour remove the foil and add the 1 cup of cheese and the remaining bacon bits and cook for 30 min!
  10.  ENJOY

Apple Jack Cereal Bars

Ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 8 cups of Apple Jacks (or any cereal you prefer)
  • 10 oz bag of Marshmallows 

Directions:
  1. On a low heat melt your butter in the pan.
  2. Once butter is melted add the marshmallows slowly mixing them until completely melted
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Add your cereal
  5. Prepare a 13x9 pan by spraying it with cooking spray
  6. Butter your hands and press the mixture firmly into the pan
  7. Allow to cool then cut into bars and ENJOY

No Bake Pumpkin Pie


Ingredients:
  • 1 premade graham cracker crust
  • 1 15oz can of pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 small container of cool whip
  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 

Directions:


  1. In a medium mixing bowl whip the cream cheese until it is fluffy
  2. Slowly add in the pumpkin pie filling
  3. Mix in the cinnamon
  4. Once you have that all mixed up slowly hand mix the cool whip until its blended
  5. Pour into pie crust
  6. Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours before serving
  7. ENJOY

Homemade Fudge Brownies from Scratch


Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 cups of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of milk 

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and then set it aside
  2. In a large mixing bow stir together the cocoa and baking soda and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Then stir in the eggs and sugar and vanilla and salt.
  4. Dump the flour and chocolate chips in and stir until combined. Then add the milk and mix together.
  5. Pour your brownie mix into the pan that you set aside and bake for 30 minutes.
  6.  ENJOY!!!

Crock Pot Potato Soup



Crock Pot Potato Soup:

This is very easy and simple to make:

Ingredients:
 


  • 1 30oz. bag of frozen diced hash browns
  • 1 32 oz box of chicken broth
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz, not fat free)
  • 3 oz bacon bits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup instant potato flakes
  • Garlic salt to taste

Directions:
  1. Put the potatoes in the Crock pot.  Add in the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and half of the bacon bits, and add a tsp of garlic salt.
  2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours
  3. An hour before you are ready to eat cut the cream cheese into small pieces.  Place the pieces in the crock pot. You will need to mix a few times throughout the hour before serving. 
  4.  Once the cream cheese is completely mixed in, add your 1 cup of instant potato flakes, and then it's ready to serve. 
  5. Top with cheddar cheese and some additional bacon bits.
